Let’s Give Away Some Toys In Honor Of Toy Story 3

Any time a movie comes along with the Disney/Pixar label attached to it, you take notice. When it happens to be one that stars Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Mr. Potato Head and more, you really take notice. And with June 18 already marked on The Kidd’s calendar, because it means we’ll be able to lose ourselves in the world of TOY STORY again, I wanted to try to do something special for the release of TOY STORY 3… and thanks to Disney and Pixar, I’m able to make something special happen.

To commemorate the release of the 3rd movie in the series, I’ve been hooked up with a few TOY STORY 3 t-shirts and posters… and guess who’s going to get hooked up with the opportunity to win them from my grasp? That’s right… YOU. I have 3 TOY STORY 3 prize packs consisting of a TOY STORY 3 t-shirt and a TOY STORY 3 poster that is going to be sent your way, if you are one of the top 3 entries I get on this contest.

Free poster…? Free shirt…? Worth playing for…? Absolutely.

Now for another TOY STORY, it’d be easy to ask who your favorite character in the movies is, or to even take it one step further and relate it to your real life, asking what your favorite toy from your childhood was. But, with a very limited and exclusive number of prizes to award, this is really going to force you to use that brain power and creativity if you want some TOY STORY 3 awesomeness in your possession. So, here’s how it’s going to work… we all know Andy’s favorite toys growing up were easily Woody and Buzz, and you probably had something along those lines, too. But what The Kidd wants to know is what is that great toy you didn’t get to have?

In other words, what was the toy that got away, that you never got to have, no matter how badly you wanted it, and what made it the one you really wanted?

I want the what and why. Anything beyond that is extra and really won’t count towards anything, except you’ll finally get that disappointment off your chest. However, in order to make up for the fact that you didn’t get that toy then, The Kidd has something to make up for it all these years later as best as I can… so consider this the silver lining.

E-mail your entries to Contests@InfamousKidd.com with the following subject line exactly:

THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY

If you don’t have that subject line exactly, then you don’t have an entry. So cut and paste it, if you must, and be sure you have it perfectly, in all CAPS, or your entry will never even reach us. There’s a specific reason for the subject line needing to be exact, so, if you can’t even follow our first simple instruction than you are done before you ever really got going.

Also, be sure to include your name, your address, and your shirt size in the body of the e-mail. If any of that information is missing, then your entry is null and void, so don’t leave anything out, or you’re out of the running.

The deadline for this contest is Thursday, June 17, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Winners will be posted on the site on Friday, June 18, which happens to be the opening date for TOY STORY 3. Coincidence…? I think not.

One entry per person per e-mail per name. Therefore, multiple or duplicate entries from duplicate or similar names will be disqualified, as we are able to see the names attached to the accounts you are sending your entries from. And, if you forget a piece of information and try to send it in later, that counts as a multiple, so get it right the first time, or you’re out. And, as always, no purchase is necessary.

Good luck to you all, as I am really interested in seeing what some of you never got your hands on. It’ll be worth it to go back and revisit those times, because, in doing so, you’ll get your hands on some cool TOY STORY 3 stuff.
