Monsters Trailer Will Tease That Something Scary Is Out There

A new teaser trailer has come into the Infamous Headquarters for an alien invasion film being released by Magnolia called MONSTERS, and, while some of this may have a familiar feel to it, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, as the 2 movies it most reminds me of, to an extent (CLOVERFIELD and DISTRICT 9) are movies I love.
MONSTERS was shot on a tight shoestring budget by director Gareth Edwards, and, when screened at Cannes, received glowing reviews from those who were able to check it out. Since then, it’s been traveling the film festival circuit and generating stronger buzz in its favor, and, from the teaser trailer, you now know why.
