The Kidd Lets The Bloody Funnel In
The Kidd was sitting comfortably in the Infamous Headquarters yesterday, when there was a knock at the door, and the unlazy mailman who covers my area was standing at my door, with a package address to yours truly. I hadn’t ordered anything recently, and I certainly wasn’t expecting anything, so I was a bit confused when I checked the return address to find that this box was sent to me from the following location:
P.O. Box 666
Los Alamos, NM 87544
Intrigued, I busted out with my trusty old box-cutter and sliced open the top of the package to find a sealed evidence bag inside, with a bloody funnel as its sole contents.
Hmmm…
The evidence label listed the case number as LA830801.
The pouch number: 0801-005
Type of offense: HOMICIDE
Description of Evidence: Funnel
Suspect and Victim are both listed as Unknown
But the Date and Time of Recovery is 2/17/83, 8:22 a.m., and it was recovered by K. Olson.
After doing some research online trying to find out what it all means, I came across a few other places who regarded it as viral marketing for the LET ME IN, the U.S. remake of the vampire film LET THE RIGHT ONE IN. Now I’m really interested.
Does this mean that the vampire Hit Girl (Chloe Moretz) is sending me a message? Or perhaps I’m supposed to use this myself for bloody purposes?
What does it all mean, people? Can you follow the trail of clues to figure out where this evidence bag leads?
Here are pictures of the evidence for your investigation:

it’s from a scene in the movie. The girls vampire keeper guy I’m still not sure if it’s her dad used that funnel to drain the blood of his victims into a container. I saw him use it in Let The Right One In, yes I watched it subtitles and all. I loved it.
Ok. I can officially put my stamp of approval on this as bad ass marketing. Nicely done.
Nice
Absolutely Love it… Loved the first version and love this marketing…
